What a fantastic year at Oceanwood!!! During the year we spent much time improving the land. In the spring we started a program to put in new roads and underground electricity, which is now complete. Lots were mapped out and in some cases cleared and landscaped. Wells were dug on many of the lots and some of the buildings were renovated. It was both a busy and fun summer.
